Product Overview
To ensure even distribution to showers in multiple occupancy buildings, an Automatic Flow Limiting cartridge is recommended. This will limit the maximum flow irrespective of the supply pressure (between 1 – 10 bar).
The cartridge can be incorporated in the Double Check Valve or is available separately in a 21 mm long chrome plated brass housing. A white cartridge (0.13 Lt/s) is commonly used. Black (0.1 Lt/s) and Blue (0.17 Lt/s) are optional. See also... Double Check Valve model ED235
Specification Clause
Every shower head shall be fitted with an “Equi-Flow” Shower Flow Limiter to automatically limit the flow of water - model AFLE - as manufactured and distributed by Arrow Valves Ltd Tel – 01442 823123 www.arrowvalves.co.uk. The device shall incorporate a variable orifice flow limiting cartridge rated at 0.13 Lt/s (white)1. The body shall be chrome plated.
Amend as required:
[1] 0.1 Lt/s (black)
[1] 0.17 Lt/s (blue)
Application
Primarily intended for flexible shower hoses.
