Product Overview
Wire locked Ball Valve with female union connection and swivelling drain tap. Allows the vessel to be isolated and drained for essential periodic air recharging.
Sizes – DN20 – 32 (see BV300DT for DN40).
Specification Clause
Every Expansion Vessel shall be fitted with an Expansion Vessel Isolator to enable draining and air recharging - model BVEV1 - as distributed by Arrow Valves Ltd – Tel 01442 823123 www.arrowvalves.co.uk. The valve shall have a lock shield cap and be capable of being wire locked. The assembly shall include a small bore plastic drain tap2 . The valve shall be a vented spherical type with a brass body and union connection to the vessel.
Amend as required:
[1] BVEVL (for Large bore brass drain tap)
[2] large bore brass drain tap
