We are pleased to be introducing our commissioning and servicing department, offering additional on-site servicing for our units.
Why is commissioning important?
All of our units leave the factory pre-commissioned to default values, but every installation differs and sometimes the default settings need adjusting to suit the specific site, or specific customer requirements. Our trained personnel know our products inside out, and are dedicated to making sure that the unit will meet the expectations of the end users. With on-site commissioning, you can be assured that the units will be working to their full potential.
What about an annual service?
Annual Servicing will further ensure that the unit remains in peak condition, that all of the safety measures are in place, and that the unit will continue to meet the customer’s expectations.
Can We Help?
Our dedicated servicing department are able to assist with the whole process, from a formal quotation, to the engineer attending site.
We are flexible and can liaise directly with you to arrange a convenient time to come to site.
We operate Monday – Friday, 08.30 – 17.30.
