Water Regulations Guide
    
The second print run of the Water Regulations Guide was in July 2001 and the main changes are outlined below:

Cover: Addition of the words “including Water Byelaws 2000 (Scotland)” under the title and on the spine. (Addition of “Second Edition” on the foot of the cover).

Page ii: Added “Reprinted June 2001”

Page 4.13: Amended diagram G10.4b and c to move the position of the stopvalves outside the boundary of the individual flats.

Page 6.37 and 38: Exchanged the position of the two paragraphs beginning “The Water Supply Industry deems ……” and “Where a combination tap or mixer ……”

Page 6.41: Clause R15.16: sub paragraph “Fluid category 5 – Applications”: Correction of typographical error in line 4 ‘launderies’ altered to ‘laundries’.  Added the text “For further information see WRAS Guidance 9-04-01”

Page 7.3: Schedule 2, Clause 16 (2): Correction of typographical error in line 4 – ‘value’ altered to ‘valve’

Page 6.48 and 49: Diagrams R15.27b and c: amended the colour of water in the storage cisterns to indicate it is not considered suitable for domestic purposes (drinking, food production etc.).

Page 6.52: Diagrams R15.30g and j: amended the colour of water in the storage cisterns to indicate it is not considered suitable for domestic purposes (drinking, food production etc.).
