The telescopic enclosure facilitates installation at depths between 640 and 780 mm. A full-bore Servicing Valve is fitted inside the tube at the base. A conventional stop key can be used to isolate the supply. Access to the hose union tap is via a sturdy plastic lid, capable of withstanding 13 tonnes. The lid has a locking mechanism and a key supplied with each unit. A degree of frost protection is provided with thermal insulation and a frost resistant tap.
