These are fluids that pose a significant danger to health because of the concentration of toxic substances that they contain. This includes, for example, any fluid with pesticides (including herbicides and insecticides), chemical or carcinogenic substances or environmental organisms of potential health significance.

Our Fluid Category 4 products include Pent-A-Boost booster pumps, reduced pressure zone (RPZ) valves, Autofill units and DB pipe interrupters. To prevent contaminated water flowing backwards, the solutions feature an air gap Type AF or equivalent, or a mechanical valve arrangement. These systems are required for a variety of applications, including commercial heating systems, bottle washing apparatus, dyeing equipment, commercial dishwashing machines and brewery and distillation plants.
