Arrow Valves are proud to announce that we are now ISO 9001:2015 certified. This recognises that the way we accomplish our work, and the Quality Management Systems we have in place, meets our customers’ requirements.
ISO 9001 is an internationally recognised standard, set out by the International Organization for Standardization, establishing quality management within businesses. We received our registration certificate on 14th June 2016 following our successful audit.
This is an important milestone for us, as we continue to improve our systems and processes with our ultimate goal in mind – guaranteed satisfaction from our valued customers.
