Arrow Valves was named by Great Place to Work® as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces in the Small category (organisations with 20-49 employees) in their annual Best Workplaces ranking announced at a gala dinner on 27th April.
Ranked #10, this is the first time Arrow Valves has achieved this honour, which recognises us as having a high trust, high engagement workplace culture. This is the driving force behind our ability to attract and retain talent which helps drive our business success.
The methodology behind this list and our success is one of the most rigorous available and uniquely comprises both an employee survey and an audit into our organisation’s management and HR practices. The award recognises the strength of our leadership and the range of innovative, creative and effective HR policies we have which creates our workplace culture.
Laura Ewers, Director said: ‘We are proud to be selected to appear on the list of the UK’s Best Workplaces.  The leadership team knows that a company is much more than its product or service.  What makes us feel successful in business is to have a happy team and our values and culture are at the heart of achieving this.  We strive to offer a safe place to work, rewards above average and in line with company performance, support for career progress and a few treats along the way.’
Tom O’Byrne, Great Place to Work® CEO said: ‘We are delighted to see Arrow Valves on our Best Workplaces list this year. It is a validation of the strength of their leadership and their commitment to creating the kind of culture where employees enjoy coming to work and want to do their best. The hallmark of a great workplace like Arrow Valves is that their policies and practices are designed around the employee; this employee focus helps attract and retain the talent essential for driving and sustaining competitive performance.’
