The recent launch of Arrow Valves new company branding and website is an example of our continuous development and improvement.  We want to make sure that we are providing our customers with all the latest Water Regulations advice, product information, and useful tools such as BIM models.  In order to make our new website as easy to use as possible, we have devised the following step-by-step guides for quick and easy navigation to the information you need, from downloading a product Datasheet to booking a service call-out…

Download Product Literature – Datasheets, O&M Manuals, Wiring Diagrams
Technical Datasheets are often the first thing you will need to select a suitable product for your needs, so it is important that they are easily accessible.  Please follow this step-by-step guide to find and download Datasheets, along with other useful Technical Literature such as O&M Manuals and Wiring Diagrams –

1  On the homepage, select “Products” from the list of menu’s in the white banner at the top of the page.
2  Select the relevant product category from the drop-down menu. For example, if you need a Datasheet for a Category 5 Break Tank & Booster Set, select “Backflow Prevention Devices”.
3  Scroll through the page(s) until you find the product you need a Datasheet for. To find your desired product quicker, you can use the “Filter” tool at the top of the page.
4  Click on the “Filter” button, the “Filter By” menu will appear on the left-hand side of your screen. Click on “Categories” located at the top of the menu, and select the relevant Category (e.g. Fluid Category 5 & Break Tanks).  This will refine the number of products on the page to just those in the filtered category, and should help you find your product quicker.
5  Once you have found the product that you need, click on “View Product” in the green box.
6  On the new page, scroll down until you reach the “Data Sheets” section. Here you will find all of the available Technical Literature for the product, including the Datasheet, O&M Manual, and Wiring Diagram.  Clicking on the “Download” green box will automatically open a PDF file of the Literature.
7  If you can’t find what you are looking for, please send an email to the Arrow Valves Office using the address enquiries@arrowvalves.co.uk.

2  Select “Downloads & Resources” from the drop-down menu. This will take you to a new page titled “Downloads, Guides & Resources”.
3  Scroll down the page to find the category for the product you need a BIM file of (e.g. Category 5). Click on “Download” in the green box for the chosen category.  This will automatically start the download.
4  The downloaded file will be a zip folder, containing Revit files of all the available products in that category.
5  If you require alternative file formats, please send our Technical Department an email using the address technical@arrowvalves.co.uk.

Book a Service Call-Out
The Arrow Valves Servicing Department offers breakdown, commissioning, and annual servicing of our equipment.  To book in a service visit, we ask that a service request form is completed so we have all the information we need prior to attendance.  Please use the following instructions to complete and submit our online service request form to book in a service visit –

1  On the homepage, select “Servicing and Support” from the list of menu’s in the white banner at the top of the page.
2  Select “Servicing” from the drop-down menu. This will take you to the “Servicing” page.
3  Scroll down the page until you reach the “Service packages” section. You will see four boxes for different types of services we offer.  To book in a service call-out click on the green box titled “Book” under the “Annual Service” title.
4  You will now be taken to a series of forms to complete to ensure we have all of the information we need to book in the service visit. The first of these forms to fill out is for the Invoice Address.  Once all the boxes have been completed, click on the “Next” green button at the bottom of the form.  This will take you to the next page.
5  The next form to complete is for the location of the site where the servicing works will take place. If this is the same as the invoice address, there is a tick box to click on the previous page.  Once you have completed all of the boxes, click on the green “Next” button again to take you to the next page.
6  The next form to complete is for providing details of the Arrow Valves unit you have, so that we can correctly identify the equipment and ensure we are prepared for the visit. Again, once all the boxes have been completed, click on the green “Next” button.
7  The next form to complete is for the type of work that needs to be completed, whether that be rectifying a fault, annually servicing, or commissioning.  Click the green “Next” button once all of the information has been submitted to take you to the final page of the form.
8  The final page of the form details the terms and conditions of the service visit, so that you are aware of exactly how the service visit process will work. Once you have read through and if you are happy to proceed, click the green button to submit the completed service request to us.  Our Servicing Department will be in contact shortly to confirm the date and time of the site visit.
