We offer next day delivery for stock items for orders received before 10.00 am (excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays)
Please note next day delivery is subject to regional variations, namely Scottish Highlands and islands. Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland.
We do not ship Internationally via the online shop – please contact the office.
Orders placed will receive an order acknowledgment stating delivery date.
Quantity and Regional variations are subject to additional surcharges – these will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that currently all carriers and freight handlers are experiencing challenges from staff shortages and localised service interruptions. As a result, delivery times as stated may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
Returns & Refunds
We hope you are happy with your purchase but understand there are times when you need to return an item for assorted reasons.
Customers have a period of 14 days from the day they receive goods to notify Arrow Valves ltd. (AVL) that they wish to cancel or return an item. Once AVL have been notified we will issue a Returns Form with a unique RMA Number and email across. The customers have a further 14 days to send the goods back at their own cost. The RMA number must be attached to the parcel to enable us to process the returns.
AVL must issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods. (Subject to inspection)
All Items must be returned as sold, in their original packaging. They must not have been used or installed otherwise a refund will not be issued.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
If goods are damaged or faulty contact the office on 01442 823123 within 48 hours of receipt whereupon the claim will be processed, and replacements will be sent out as soon as possible, or a visit by our service team will be arranged.
