Specification Clause
Every Expansion Vessel shall be fitted with an Expansion Vessel Isolator to enable draining and air recharging – model BVEV[1] – as distributed by Arrow Valves Ltd – Tel 01442 823123 www.arrowvalves.co.uk. The valve shall have a lock shield cap and be capable of being wire locked. The assembly shall include a small bore plastic drain tap[2]. The valve shall be a vented spherical type with a brass body and union connection to the vessel.
