Servicing and commissioning plans
Whilst we maintain that our units are reliable and are backed up with an unconditional 5-year warranty, water quality and infrequent use are detrimental to efficient operation and can lead to premature problems. Our annual service will check that the equipment functions as it should, that all the essential parts are free from debris, and any parts that are showing early signs of fatigue will be replaced accordingly.

Your dedicated service team
The members of the Arrow Valves Servicing Team are Ebrima, Katie and Ricky. Ricky our Service Engineer has over 4 years of experience working on our units on-site. Katie is our Service Co-Ordinator and is your point of contact for organising your service visit.

We provide efficient, reliable repair and servicing, whether it’s routine maintenance or an unexpected breakdown. All units are factory tested and commissioned before dispatch, but we also offer on-site commissioning if there’s a delay between delivery and installation.

Once installed, all RPZ Valves must be commissioned by an “Accredited Tester”. The RPZ Valve must also be at least annually tested. Arrow Valves has Testers throughout the UK and can offer commissioning and annual testing of RPZ Valves.
