Servicing + Commissioning
Here at Arrow Valves we are committed to ensuring our customers get the most out of us and our products.
That's why we have got a dedicated servicing department, offering additional on-site servicing and commissioning for all our units.
Why is commissioning important?
All units leave the factory pre-commissioned to default values, but every installation differs and sometimes the default settings need adjusting to suit the specific site or customer requirements. Our highly trained team know our products inside out, and are dedicated to making sure that the unit will meet the expectations of the end user. With on-site commissioning, you can be assured the units will be working to their full potential.
What about an annual service?
Annual servicing will further ensure the unit remains in peak condition, that all the safety measures are in place, and that the unit will continue to meet the customer’s expectations. An annual service will give you further peace of mind your unit will continue to perform as required.
What about RPZ Valve Testing?
As well as servicing and commissioning for all our packaged Break Tank and Pump set units, we are able to provide RPZ testing for the BA devices we supply and others. Please note it is a legal requirement (under the Water Regulations) that RPZ Valves are commissioned upon installation and annually thereafter by an accredited tester. Our accredited engineer can arrange and carry out this testing for you.
Let us help with your requirements!
Our dedicated servicing department can assist with the whole process, from a formal quotation, to the engineer attending site.
We are flexible and can liaise directly with you to arrange a convenient time.
We operate Monday – Friday, 08.30 – 17.30.
